“If we are having bad experiences in our lives, that’s how we feel inside. Our external world is a match to our inner selves.”

Q: What are you passionate about?

A: Igniting joy by guiding others to shed their ego and embrace life fully—because true happiness in health, relationships, and work begins when the ego ends.

As for my work, I am still an active nurse because it’s innate. I have always known I was meant to heal, help, and serve. I have always been fascinated by people and could always sense what was happening in their bodies and where there was a problem. It started as a child with animals; I cared for them and nursed them back to health. I started volunteering at the age of 15 in the hospital and felt at home immediately.

I now help clients with leaky gut, thyroid, autoimmune disorders, and weight loss. All things I suffered with over a decade ago and reversed through the science I love. I had three autoimmune diseases that remain in remission. In addition to leaky gut, I had Hoshimotos, Raynauds disease, PECOS, and RA. I came online during COVID-19 after working on the front line because I knew I could help more, given that I am a holistic practitioner as well and immunity was causing death. My specialty in gut health could save more lives.

Obesity is connected to heart disease, diabetes, and poor health outcomes. I lost in total 160 lbs. without dieting and 126 lbs in less than a year without plateaus using principles I designed connecting the pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, liver, and gut.

Q: What were your younger years like?

A: I grew up in a single-family home. My mother raised four girls on her own. No one in my family graduated from college. I was the first. RN, BSN Board Certified Holistic Practitioner and a biography in World Wide Leaders in Health Care.

The biggest aspect of my life was my mother. She always told us anything was possible. That there were no victims in life just volunteers. People always told me I couldn’t or I wouldn’t, and I always heard my mother’s voice in my head.

I remember when I got hit by a drunk driver had bad head trauma and broke my back. They said I would never walk again. I thought, “Watch me.” I am upright today and walking fine. We all have the ability to heal ourselves, but people are afraid to believe.

Q: What is something valuable you’d like others to know?

A: We all experience different levels of past pain and trauma, but we don’t have to be a continued match for it. We must forgive and accept our parts in it to move on. We are meant to have an incredible life to help one another through. If we are having bad experiences in our lives, that’s how we feel inside. Our external world is a match to our inner selves.

Q: What does feminism mean to you? 

A: At its core, feminism strives for a world where individuals are not limited or defined by their gender but are valued equally and have the freedom to pursue their goals and live their lives free from discrimination and inequality.

I personally believe women are change agents. That we can achieve anything in this world. But we must stop seeing ourselves as underdogs. If we give ourselves that class, we will always be received in that class. We were always the strongest sex capable of doing everything a man could and better. But we must align ourselves with helping, not competing. The only competition is with us to be our best.
